As most of you know, the Northern Rivers saw some pretty extreme weather in 2022, resulting in flooding right through the central precinct of Byron Bay. Whilst the @atlanticbyronbay has seen a flood or two, this one was about as mighty as they come and, unfortunately, did a little more damage than the floods of years past. It’s taken a year, some seriously hard work, incredible imagination and remarkable design instinct from The Atlantics owner Kimberly Amos but the new/old Atlantic is now open. It’s the same extraordinary space that feels like home (but better) with a super fresh new vibe that speaks to the heart, soul, and eyes!!!
An abundance of texture, art, carefully considered detail, and some fantastic Jatana Tile choices work together to bring the spaces of the Atlantic alive. I was lucky enough to wander through a while back and couldn’t help but fall more in love with this extraordinary place to stay, to work, to relax and to enjoy yourself…. seriously considering a little Byron staycation!!
